What Does This Internal Scan Report Indicate?

Had an internal scan when I thought I was 7+5 weeks pregnant the scan showed IUgestation sac MSD 16mm 5-6 weeks gestation. Yolk sac seen but no fetal pole identified! I had a late miscarriage 13 weeks ago could I just of ovulated later than I thought?

I really appreciate your concern, here the important would be cardiac activity if this is not detected then this would be matter of concern, if this was the history of miscarriage then later on ovulation may happen accordingly if no pregnancy survived, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
