What Does This Lab Test Result For Spine Indicate?

Mild bilateral uncinate hypertrophy with minimal narrowing of both neural foramina if any. Posterior spurring which minimally narrows AP dimension of the spinal canal. No focal disc herniation.No significant abnormal cord signal.What does this mean??
