Hi,
BIRADS category III means most likely the findings are not malignant, however better to follow up closely.
Are you noticing any lump/swelling in the breast, do you feel the size is increasing?
If the answer is yes, then evaluating it further makes sense, however, if the swelling is not noticeable and this was incidentally detected on
mammogram, then doing nothing and observing can be an option.
Meanwhile you can do a self-breast examination (methods are available online), where you look for any changes/swelling yourself and if you notice something, then it can be evaluated.
FNAC is not a risky procedure, very similar to a needle prick, however, I would advise that please show to a breast surgeon, let him or her evaluate and if required get a
biopsy, that will give more information.
