My mri report.....partial sacralization of l5 vertebra......loss of lumbar spine curve..suggestive of uscle spasm........disc degeneration at l4-5....diffuse disc herniation at l3-4.......diffuse disc herniation with posterocentral and right paracentral protrusion at l4-5

Hi and Welcome to HCM,

This reports reveals that L5 vertebrae does not joint with sacral bone completely and you have disc degenerative disease. Normally lumbar spine will have a bend, here it is straight.
Consult orthopedic surgeon. If necessary surgery may be done.
