Hello, thanks for writing in.
I will simplify the CT report for your understanding.
Both maxillary sinuses(located on either side of your nose) have thickening of the mucous membrane lining.
The inferior turbinates (small bones on the inside of wall of nose)- mucous membrane covering them has increased in size.
The nasal septum(midline of the nose) is deviated to the left with a small bony protrusion at its tip of maximum convexity .
Rest of the scan report about the other sinuses, drainage pathways etc are normal.

The changes described are of mild sinusitis/ nasal allergies, while the deviated septum can be the inciting or aggravating factor.
You maybe experiencing nasal blockage, recurrent colds, and pressure or pain over the sinuses.
Symptomatic treatment with nasal steroid sprays/ decongestants are helpful.
I would suggest an ENT doctor examine you, for specific management.
Hope this helps. Take care.
