Hello dear
Regarding your transvaginal ultrasound results you have a bilateral ovarian cyst this is enough to prevent you from getting pregnant
In view of this you will need to see a gynecologist for clinical assessment and for possible surgical removal of the cyst. Also please do a hormone profile test to rule out other possible causes of infertility

General & Family Physician Dr. Ajit Gautam Chhajed's  Response
Hello,
Size of the follicle, endometrial thickness varies with the different phases of menstrual cycle.
To get pregnant follicle size should rich 2-2.2 cm during ovulatory phase and it also get ovulated.
Your USG findings seems to be normal. If you are not able to conceive despite regular , unprotected sex then you need to do hormonal and ovulatory study.
