What Does This Radiology Report Indicate?

My radiology report says: Osseous structures are signicant for a lytic lesion involving the fifth rib on the right side with increaing associated soft tissue component. Can you put this in plain English? This is from a C/T scan for Metastatic RCC. I am interpreting this to mean there is MRCC in the fifth rib.
