What Does This Result Of MRI From Left Hip Indicate?

Hi just got an MRI and i need this in plain old englsh and what might be possible treatments

Technique: MRI of the left hip was performed without contrast in
the coronal, oblique axial and sagittal planes utilizing proton
density FSE sequences.

Findings:

There is mild uncovering of the lateral femoral head by the
superolateral acetabulum. There is mild chondromalacia in the
superolateral femoral head with underlying marrow edema. There is
mild degeneration of the lateral labrum. No significant joint
effusion is noted. The pubic symphysis and left sacroiliac joints
are intact. The muscles and tendons around the hip are
unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:

Mild chondromalacia in the superolateral aspect of the hip joint
with minimal marrow edema in the femoral head. Mild degeneration
of the lateral labrum.
