What Does This Result Of Spine Indicate?

Please tell me what my MRI Report means. This MRI was in comparison with one I had a year earlier. Was in MVA and need answers deperately.

* Modest degenerative changes in upper cervical spine
* Modest degenerative changes in the lower lumbar spine, unchanged
* C3-4 moderate posterlateral herniation
* C3-4 leftward asymmetric unconvertebral Joint Hypertrophy on left side mildly narrows neural foramen
* L3-4 circumferential disc bulge, mild facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrohpy
* L4-5 circumferential disc bulge, moderate facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrohpy, minimal narrowing of right foramen (L4-5 moderately advanced facet arthropathy)
* L5-S1 central disc herniation, mild advanced facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrohpy
* straightening of cervical spine lordosis with thoracic deroscliosis
