What Does This Scan Report Signify?

I had some tests done last week and i got the results back showing a long segment of the LAD of moderate to severe narrowing in its midcourse. A linear noncalcified plaque of 60-70% and further more mild noncalcified plaques at the origin of the interventricular groove of 40%. I d like to ask how bad this is? How serious it is and how concerned should i be? what you think the consultant will suggest me to do? Thank you for your time

this is pretty bad and you need to be concerned and get proper treatment like angioplasty and stenting. LAD is one of the main branches of heart and it is showing significant narrowing. if it is occluded, you may suffer from heart attack.
