No so no graphic evidence of extra or intra uterine gestation noted. No uterine fibroid seen. Endometrial cavity is preserved n empty. No complex ovarian cyst or mass noted. There is a sizeable fluid accumulation noted d pouch of Douglas. This is in line with PID

Welcome to Health care magic.

1. Your report suggest an anteverted uterus with normal endometrium and muscle layer. Anteverted - is anteriorly flexed in relation to the bladder ( one of the normal variations of the uterus lie)
2.Mainly the scan says that you are not pregnant - probably you went with suspicion of pregnancy. ( no uterine or extrauterine pregnancy is confirmed with scan report)
3.No fibroids - no evidence of any mass lesions noted.
4.Endometrial cavity is seen empathy - no pregnancy or collection seen as per report.
5.There is a minimal free fluid in the pouch of Douglas - which can be follicle rupture or inflammation in the pelvis ( PID - pelvic inflammatory disease) an antibiotic will help with painkillers if you are symptomatic. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
