I can understand ur concerns.
Other things look normal. Only liquefaction time is more. Hyperviscous semen. If more than 1hr it may indicate disorders of accessory glands function. PCT (Post Coital test) is my
next choice for you if you were at my clinic; to assess clinical importance of delayed seminal liquefaction. If PCT FUNCTION report is normal, you will need no further treatment. It means if sperms are capable of reaching cervical mucous, problem of semen liquefaction has no clinical importance and you are fertile and happy go. This problem is relevant clinically if there are very few sperms in the post coital test.
If your post coital test goes abnormal?
I perform on my patients then, what is called Split Ejaculate Analysis. Semen that fails to liquify suggests prostatic dysfunction.
