What Does This Sonography Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello, I am 38W5D pregnent as LMP and 37W as per Sonography. As per color doppler done yesterday, my cervix is 1.3, fuid index is 9, baby weight is around 3.15Kg. Color doppler says that there is mild resistivity in blood flow in MCA (middle cerebrum artery). and cord is loosely wrapped around neck of baby. My BP is 134/90.My doctor says to get pain induced than to wait. I want a 2nd opinion before taking any decision. Please suggest if I should wait more?

If I were your treating doctor i would first advise you to go for C section immediately at your treating gynecologist.
