Thanks for writing to HCM
You are suffering from colitis (intestine infection) due to protozoa (entamoeba histolytica) and bacteria.
This is indicated by presence of cysts of entamoeba histolytica,pus cells,RBC,bacteria etc in stool.
Culture of stool should also be done.
You need medicines like metronidazole.
You should take adequate fluids.
