Hi,

Based on the information provided, it appears that you have had a percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and stenting procedure done on your left circumflex artery (CLX) on 21/02/2015. The electrocardiogram (ECG) taken on 17/04/2015 shows some abnormalities, including abnormal R-wave progression, early transition QRS area in V2, borderline T abnormalities, T flat/negative in lateral leads (1 avL, V5, V6), and a prolonged QT interval with a corrected QT interval (QTc) of 500 ms.

Abnormal R-wave progression may indicate some issues with the electrical conduction in the heart, while early transition QRS area in V2 may suggest that the electrical activity in the heart is transitioning earlier than usual. Borderline T abnormalities and T flat/negative in lateral leads may indicate some abnormalities in the repolarization of the heart, while a prolonged QT interval may increase the risk of arrhythmias.

It is important to note that the interpretation of ECG results can vary depending on various factors, such as the patient's medical history, medications, and other clinical findings. Therefore, it is recommended that you discuss the results with your healthcare provider, who can provide you with more information and guidance on the appropriate next steps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
