There is a diffuse disc bulge with focal left foraminal component resulting in moderate left neural foraminal narrowing also Loss of intervertebral disc height present at C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7. What does this mean?Have to go to a neurosurgery why?
HI Well come to HCM This could be degenerative disk disease of spine, if this silent one and not causing any neurological symptoms then surgery may not be indicated and this is sever enough and causing symptoms that affect the motor function then you need to go treat this, take care have a nice day.
