Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a transvaginal utz and the ultrasound report are: The uterus is anteverted measuring about 8.28x5.19x4.56cms.Uterine parenchymal echopattern is homogenous with no focal lesion nor masses noted. The endometrial stripe is echogenic and thickened measuring 1.91 cm.No gestational sac nor embryo noted at this time. The cervix is close and unremarkable. What does it mean?
The ultrasound imaging report says that your uterus is normal and there is no gestational sac or embryo noted at that time. It means no pregnancy evident on imaging. Remaining all structures are normal and no abnormality noted. The report says you are not pregnant.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
