What Does This Ultra Sound Scan Finding Indicate?
Am newly married girl my scan report says right ovary size is 37*13 mm and left ovary size is 33*15 mm. Both ovaries enlarged with multiple follicles and hyperechoic stroma. There is no fluid collection in the pouch of douglas. Is it dangerous?? I ll to get conceive soon.

I understand your concern.
The USG findings suggest Polycystic Ovarian disease. It is a problem of ovulation ( which is essential for conception ) But you need not worry. Consult a gynecologist , get investigated & start with specific treatment.
6-12 months treatment mostly controls the condition & ovulation starts regularly during menstrual cycle.THe conception is then possible with n unprotected sex around ovulation( fertile days )
