Hi Dr., I m 27 years old and This is my ultrasound result. Normal-sized anteverted uterus. Thickened hyperechoic secretory endometrium. Polycystic-like changes, both ovaries. No adrenal mass. No free fuil in the cul-de-sac. What does this mean please? Thank you very much.
Hi..These are all normal changes..Polycystic changes is also a common finding..If you have any symptoms of excess body hair and amenorrhea, you may be having Polycystic Ovarian syndrome which has to be investigated and treated...Thank you
