What Does This Ultra Sound Test Result Of Uterus Indicate?

Hi my ultra sound report says Enlarge fibroid uterus measuring 15x9.7x13cm. Endometrium=0.4cm. A submucosal fibroid 4.3x5.7x5.3cm was noted. No free fluid was seen in the adrevac Ovaries not visualized. Normal sonographic appearence of both kidneys. No Hydronephrosis noted. I don t understand the measurements of the fibroids. What does Endometriim=0.4cm mean

your ultrasound report says that you have a enlarged uterus measuring 15*9.7*13cm in all the planes. this enlargement is due to the firoid. size of the fibroid is 5.7*5.3*4.3 cm in all planes i.e: length, width and breadth.
endometriuu is the inner lining of uterus and it is 4 mm thick which is normal
