You have a fibroid in the uterus measuring 66 x 58 mm. The size of the fibroid is moderate and there are selective myomectomy surgeries which will remove only the fibroid and leave behind the normal uterus. There is no reason to excise the entire uterus. Please discuss with your doctor and put forward your choice to retain the uterus. If you are not having symptoms like irregular bleeding and pain then medications may be tried to assess for decrease in size.
