General & Family Physician, Dr. Priyanka's Response
Hi,
It is not possible to determine a diagnosis from the information given in the ultrasound test results alone. Elevated white blood count and hemoglobin levels, along with nodules on the thyroid and symptoms of fatigue, weight loss, eye pressure, and mood changes, could indicate a thyroid condition or another underlying medical issue.
It is best to follow up with your doctor for a complete evaluation, including a thorough medical history and any additional tests or examinations that may be needed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
