What Does This Widal Test Report Indicate?

please my daughter is 9 years old and she made widal test and typhio is positive and titre is 1/160 and the other typhi h paratyphi ah paratyphi bh is negative but she dont suffer fever at all and her temprature is normal all the time she only feels pain in the stomach separatly

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Your daughter has widal +ve in high dilution.. indicating acive infection of typhoid. Though she does not have fever ( which is easily controlled with advanced antibiotics ).. the pain in stomach is there. Typhoid infection affects intestines & so the pain indicates continuous process of infection.
She needs medication with an expert advise & light , non spicy diet . She should take rest. Avoid physical exertion.& follow doctor's instructions strictly.
