What Does This Widal Test Result Indicate?
Dear Doctor,
My widal test and the results show like this:
S.TYPHI(o) - 1:80 Dilution, Positive
S.TYPHI(H) - 1:160 Dilution, Positive
S.PARA TYPHI(AH) - 1:20 Dilution, Negative
is this seriously affected as typhoid. Kindly guide me .

Widal test mostly gives non specific and false positive results.
