Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a question about my back xray. There is persistent grade II/III anterolisthesis of L5 on S1 with bilateral L5 spondylolysis. There is mild disc height loss at the L4-5 level with severe height loss at L5-S1. Impression........Grade 2-3 anterolisthesis of L5-S1 with bilateral pars defects and fairly severe joint space narrowing at this level. More mild disc space na is seen at L4-5 level. Should I worry about this?
It simply means one vertebra has slid over the another and can cause compression of the nerves because of this displaced disc. Get your MRI done to know the exact situation.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
