What Does Total Cholesterol-250,LDL-179 And Triglycerides-195 Suggest?

dear doctor, i am a sportsman (weight lifter)I had my blood tested 2 days before where i gave once before fasting and then another one after i had my breakfast and in between i i ad my practice schedule for 2 hours.my total cholestrol shows 250 and ldl 179 and triglycerides 195.is this because i had exercised ,last year everything was normal c

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. This is not related to exercise.
2. It is related to diet. You need to maintain a proper diet with low fat, low carbohydrates and moderate proteins.
3. Level is elevated. Go for aerobic exercises, weight reduction and nutritional diet. Continue the exercises, it is of definite help. If not reducing, try taking medications like statins and fibrates.
