hello im trying to figure out what my results mean, its : total IgE, immunocap-food (kUa/L) 44.90 normal range 100

Ive developed a reaction to coconut that has gotten worse over the years, at first I just couldn't touch anything with it, now the last time I ate something with coconut in it I went into shock and couldn't breathe properly I barely remember the whole event and needed my boyfriend to explain to the doctor what happened as he saw the whole thing
