Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does Twitching Sensation In The Body Indicate?
Yes, I have been getting twitching on most body parts for about a month now. I also am very tired recently. I am 54 weigh 157lbs. and work out several times a week. I drink a lot of water and eat a bananna and fruit/veggies every day. I only drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and drink about a half gallon of water a day.
I think your problem is not in the body it is in mind. This is called somatic body pains or syndrome or whatever you call.
But the solution to your problem is in your mind and not in the body. If you heal your mind, then your body will heal automatically. So I hope you follow the recipe I give you treat yourself.
Try to meditate half an hour a day, do breathing exercises, read good books, read newspapers, watch television and do new things or make a new habit. Just forget that you had any pains.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
