What Does Unexplained Rashes And Bloating After Eating Certain Food Indicate?

Hi, I have been to my Doctor and have had regular tests for Thyroid. Hashimoto s runs in my family. I bloat severely everytime I eat Broccoli, Cauliflower, Strawberries, Peaches and nuts. I sometimes get unexplained rashes on my body and have had serious weight gain and troubles losing it in the last year or so. If I am bloating this much from Goitrogenic foods, would this be a major possibility that I have a thyroid issue?

Thanks for the query.
Going by your history there are two possibilities.
Either a known food allergy or goitrogenic food like cauliflower creating hormonal imbalance.
I would suggest thyroid profile and anti TPO antibodies titre test for thyroid status evaluation and patch test for allergens exposure.
Consult an endocrinologist with the thyroid profile reports.
