Hello and welcome to HCM, The microscopic findings in urine show presence of leukocytes/ white blood cells/ pus cells. Pus cells in urine can be seen in infections commonly bacterial infections. Presence of red blood cells in urine suggest bleeding somewhere in the urinary tract. Presence of epithelial cells in urine is a non-specific finding and it can accompany infections. However, urine culture is not showing growth of any bacteria which rules out possibility of bacterial infection and presence of pus cells i urine is due to non-bacterial cause. I suggest you to consult get a cystoscopy for assessment of urinary tract and bladder to look for cause of pus cells and red blood cells in urine. Consult a urologist for further work up.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
