What Does Urine Test Result Indicate?

I am on family way , pregnancy 6 months.. Done Urine test : URINE COMPLETE GROSS COLOUR PALE YELLOW REACTION ACIDIC APPEARANCE TURBID URINE- ALBUMIN TRACES SUGAR ABSENT BILE SALTS ABSENT MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION PUS CELLS 10 - 12 / HPF Epithelial Cells 35-45/ HPF RBCs 1-2.GCT142

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).UTI should be taken seriously during pregnancy.
This is indicated by turbid colour of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC and epithelial cells etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
