Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of urine analysis is as follows:
Presence of hazy urine suggests infection or proteinuria.
The pH of urine is acidic.
Traces of proteins are present which can be due to infection or kidney disease.
Presence of pus cells suggests presence of bacterial infection.
Presence of red blood cells can occur in trauma to the urinary tract or kidney disease.
Presence of epithelial cells is non-specific and can occur due to shedding of epithelial cells in case of infection. It is a normal finding in females.
Amorphous urates are no consequence.
Presence of bacteria can be due to shedding from the urinary tract or due to growth in standing sample.

Thus, to summarize there is infection in teh urinary tract or UTI.
A course of antibiotic will clear the infection.
Consult your primary health care provider for prescription of antibiotics.

Thanks and take care
