What Does Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Plan B Indicate?

I had sex on September 4th and the condom broke, I took the Plan B pill the next morning. My period was scheduled to begin on the 23rd of this month, I ve experienced bleeding today on the 24th but I m not sure if this is actually my mensus or if I should be concerned that this is implantation bleeding. The blood started out bright red in the morning. It s now 7 in the evening and the color has shifted into a brownish tint. I m not really sure what to make of this. Help!!

Hello,

There is some difference between implantation bleeding and period. In implantation bleeding, the color may be brownish and smelly blood. After few days of implantation bleeding, you may start feeling nausea.
In most cases, patients are confused and may tell features of both implantation bleeding as well as period.
So, I would like to do some tests:
1. Pregnancy Kit Tests

If you found yourself pregnant, you can take this drug
Misoprostol.
