What Does Vaginal Bleeding During Early Weeks Of Pregnancy Indicate?

I was consive two month.but today morning I was drink a fruti which was expire I think so not sure suddenly I feel that bleeding was start and it was take a half an hour time continues so pls help me to know the further detail should I am OK or my baby is safe or or I missed it

1. Bleeding/spotting during early pregnancy [probably first trimester] is fairly common and indicate Implantation bleeding [which occurs around the time of expected menstrual period]

i. However consult your health care provider/Gynecologist if bleeding persists to exclude serious causes of vaginal bleeding like miscarriage, threatened abortion,ectopic pregnancy and look/feel for symptoms yourself like contractions, back pain, nausea, vision changes, or decreased activity of the baby
