What Does Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Tightening During Pregnancy Indicate?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and have painful lower back pain. About 10 minutes ago i was standing up and suddenly i felt a watery discharge coming down my leg. Then a few minutes later my stomach tighten up on top and i had minor pain on the lower part of my body. What am I experiencing?

It might be that you are going into labour..you must visit the emergency immediately..a per vaginal examination would be required for the exact diagonosis..
