What Does Vaginal Spotting Indicate?

Discovered a lost tampon Saturday night. Best I can figure was probably inserted Friday (a week and a day) before. Noticed discolored spotting before it was found. Since its been found I ve noticed some slight spotting and I ve been experiencing increasing pain as a urinate. Also sore all about but that may be unrelated as I participated in a horseshoe tournament Saturday before the lost tampon was discovered. Should I call my Gyno in the morning?

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. You may be having some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal to treat that. Hope it helps.
