What Does Vaginal Spotting Indicate?

I usually have a 4-day period and never experienced spotting before it. This month, I had spotting, light brown discharge. The next day, I had a medium flow with some clots when I urinate. The day after that, flow is much heavier but still lighter than what I usually have. On the third day, the flow has become much lighter almost like spotting.

Thanks gor the query. I undrstan your concern.
Scanty bleeding before or at the expected date of periods can be due to hormonal fluctuations because of ill health or physical /psychological stress.
It can be an implantation if you are trying for baby.please wait for next periods & consult your gynecologist in case there is delay . You can confirm/exclude pregnancy after 3 weeks by Home pregnancy test...in case you doubt.
