What Does White Area In The Lung X Ray Indicate?

I had breast cancer lady July. Had 2 lumpectomys and radiation I had a chest xray wed and the bottom part of both lungs were white. There is so much cancer on both sides of my family. I had pleurisy and pneumonia 4 yrs ago in my left bottom lung. And shingles on left side where my left bottom lung is. What could the white areas be?

Those white areas indicate that something is wrong. It might be with the lungs (pneumonia), or pleural cavity (pleuresy). The exact cause of this needs to be known before it can be treated. I would advise you go to your treating doctor or a chest medicine specialist for proper interpretation.
