What Does'the Lungs Are Hyperinflated Consistent With COPD' Mean?

OK My first Visa chest X ray, the pericardial silhouette is unremarkable. There seems to be increased reticular nodular markings and query apical thickening in left apex. A lordotic view is suggested. So 2 days after I had d Lordotic view, and it says....Previous visa chest suggested an apical thickening on d left w/c s not supported on todays examination. The lungs r hyperinflated consistent wd COPD. The heart n mediastinum are unremarkable. NO increased reticular nodular markings are noted. Now I asked a walk in Doctor and he said I need a CT scan. However I asked a family Doctor who is a friend who lives in the USA and told me I am ok. Now the findings of the first Doctor who requested my X rays is that I have Interstitial fibroses/parenchymal / Acute lung desease. Now I am confuse who is right? Do I need a CT scan or just see a lung specialist? I don't have shortness of breath nor coughs and I can run and climb stairs fast. Last December I went for general check up in the Hosp. and my X ray is clear and negative of anything. Pls help me I am confuse and worried.

Hi
Donot be confused, if you do not have any symptoms, then why worry about x ray finding

See, history and clinical exam is necessary before interpretation of x ray
