What Is The Treatment For COPD, Enlarged Lungs, Chest Pain And Muscle Spasms?
Diagnosed with mild to moderate COPD..chest xray..enlarged lungs..severe chest pain..heart problems ruled out at ER... extreme muscle spasms..using various puffers to stabilize COPD.. poor tolerance but persisting , fatigue, just started taking potassium overlooked prescription dated May2013. Feel very ill.

COPD is more likely a systemic disease. And affects heart too. the treatment for COPDis multifactorial. First and foremost is smoking cessation. Enroll in pulmonary rehabilitation. Get done adult respiratory immunisation with H.Influenza and pneumococcal. Start with inhaled therspy in the form of MDI with spacer. Drugs available are long acting beta 2 agonist and corticosteroids with anticholinergic.
