What Effect Does Invega Sustanna Have On Physosis ?

Hi, my son who is 21 has been battling with physosis for 5 yrs, he was introduced to invega sustanna IM 3 months ago. I see a major decline this past month? He s more delusional, tired, and not making any sense?? Any advice for us, personally I feel the drug is not for him?
