What Effects Does Missing Tegretol Dosage Once Will Have On A Person And Can It Be Taken With The Night Dosage?
Hello, I am looking after my sister who is on: Epilim 200m C x1, Tegretol 400mg CR x1, Epilim 100mg x1 & Epilim 500mg EC x2 in at 7 am, Tegretol 400mg CR x 1 1/2 at 2pm and Epilim 200mg EC x1, Tegretol 400mg CR x 1 1/2, Epilim 100mg x1 & Epilim 500mg EC x 2 at 8.30 pm. I have missed giving her the 2.00 pm pill of Tegretol 400mg, and she has now had her 8.30pm tablets. What effects is this going to have on her and should I or can I give them too her prior to her going to be?

Missing single dose of one drug when on combined drug regimen is not going to be a risk, in general. continue with the routine schedule of the drugs without extra dose.
Do not forget that this excuse is for one or two doses, and frequent misses can lead to withdrawal seizures.
