What else can be done for my Spinal Arteriovenous Malformation inside spinal cord, wrapped around spinal cord and ribs from base of skull c2-t1. I had unsuccessful spinal resection in January 1999. Just few years later my arms especially the right arm gotten worse so flew back out west to my neurosurgeon Dr. Robert Spetlzer and he did test embolization, both my arms became paralyzed but got them back before I awoke. I was told I can't have anymore embolizations. Thank G-d the other was just test embolization! I was wondering if I'm able/if it's safe to get angiogram done by my interventional radiologist where I live? What if anything can be done to help me? I'm in CONSTANT, SEVERE pain 24/7. The pain makes hard to breathe! I have COPD, asthma, emphysema, two other breathing problems. The Spinal AVM is progressive disease. I'm bed bound now. How can I get my regular pain medication since I can't get out and I detest hospitals at this point? I'm at a loss and VERY frustrated! Thanks, sorry so long.
