Good day
Your exercise usually doesn't have any relation to the IUCD in your uterus. But avoid over exercising which can aggravate back pain which may also be caused initially by IUCD. Pain in the lower abdomen and back is associated with IUCD insertion and if you have such a problem, don't work out on those days, based on your comfort. Drink plenty of water. Get your Haemoglobin levels checked before you start exercising as Anemia can cause easy fatiguability and weakness.
