Understanding your concern. As per your query you have odor of carbon dioxide to body . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like apocrine glands , hormonal changes or side effects of some medicine . I would suggest you to maintain personal hygiene , wear loose cloths and apply anti-perspirant deodrant every time after bath . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will take history and may give hormonal therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
