I think u meant, Hepatitis type b, or rather hepatitis B. WHich is a more severe form of hepatitis but most of the times self limiting. It is transmitted through blood, body fluids including saliva but not urine and feces.
Vaccination is available. Treatment is given only in forms where the viral load is high.
