What Happens When A Patient With Lung Cancer Has Internal Bleeding?
My father has lung cancer. He was diagnosed 2 years ago stage 2. He refused all treatment,but natural medicine. One year ago he was given 3 months to a year to live. He now has bronchitis and internal bleeding, He was also diagnosed with RA, by his natural DR. I think now it is probably bone metastesis (sp). He told me today that things don't feel right and that he doesn't feel right. Do you think this could be it? What usually happenes when a patient with lung cancer has internal bleeding. Please be honest, I don't think he is being right now

Hi
I would advise tranexamic acid 500 mg tablets twice daily for 3 days.
Internal lung bleeding can cause lung congestion leading to severe respiratory distress.
