What Indicates Severe Pain In Scapula, Fingers And Back?

I'm experiencing pain that seems to be centered under the scapula on the left side, radiating down the left arm into the two outside smaller fingers and in the other direction down the left side of my back. Ordinary tasks such as filling a pot of water to make tea, etc. can exacerbate it. Wondering about referred pain from rotator cuff possibility.
