What Infection Is Causing Lymph Glands Under Armpit And Jaw?

My 16year old son has a new lump under his right armpit , he also has two lumps under his left jaw this have been there a what Ile , last year he had some on his head. We went to a doctor at the hospital she said they were lymph glands, what infection could my son have that his body seems to be constantly fighting.

may i know -is there any loss of weight and appetite?does he eat only the junk food?
for lymph gland a few day(5-7 days) course of antibiotic like amoycillin can be given along with probiotic,if it respond well and good otherwise lymph node biopsy can be taken to confirm the diagnosis.
the common source of infection is oral cavity.
