What Is 9% Eosinophilia Count In Blood Test Suggestive Of?
Hi today I tested my blood for esonophelia and the blood test result shows it 9%. Can you pls guide me on this to go for treatment? The reason I went for the test is, everyday morning when I wake up I have coughing for another 1hr. One of my family doctor asked me to check for esonophelia. Now the result is 9% pls help me on to come out of this situation.
There are many reasons for high levels of eosinophylia like
1. Parasitic and fungal diseases
2. Allergies including allergies to medications or food, asthma Bronchiale
3. Adrenal conditions
4. Skin disorders, psoriasis
5. Toxins
6. Autoimmune disorders
7. Endocrine disorders
8. Tumor I think you should take an appointment with allergologist, maybe you have to do prick test, spirometry because it seems like any kind of hyper-sensibility.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
